I’m a Yoga & Ayurvedic Life & Wellness Coach who specializes in helping women move out of chronic stress and into a more grounded, sustainable way of living.

My work sits at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern life. I support women navigating high levels of responsibility, pressure, and internalized stress — not by asking them to do more, but by helping them understand how stress is actually operating in their body and nervous system.

What I’ve seen time and again is this:
Most stress solutions fail not because people aren’t trying hard enough, but because they’re working at the surface. Real change happens when we address stress at the root — physiologically, emotionally, and energetically — and then integrate that understanding into daily life in practical, compassionate ways.
